Sahara Prime City Limited, the real estate company of Sahara India Pariwar has appointed ‘Shapoorji Pallon ji & Co. Ltd.’ for Sahara Grace, brand of residential complex at Kochi. The contract includes the development and construction work of Sahara Grace, Kochi including 728 residential units as per the quality norms of Sahara group.
After Sahara Grace at Gurgaon and Lucknow, the Kochi project is the third under this brand which is positioned to provide a product mix of residential units and many value added facilities and amenities to its residents.
Shapoorji Pallon ji & Co. Ltd., a company developing infrastructure in India and abroad has been selected for constructing four types of towers, ranging from 9 to 24 floors (along with central water body and club) and development work on the land area of 14.72 acres. The project comprises of a mix of two to four Bedroom Apartments and three to four Bedroom Duplex Apartments and Penthouses.
The company has been selected by Sahara Prime City Limited on their past records and quality of work. The company will follow quality norms and adherence to multi-level quality checks as per the Bureau of Indian Standards (B.I.S) codes employed by Sahara Quality Laboratory. The company has to maintain the norms for aggregates, work in progress and adhere to the architectural precisions set in Sahara Quality Lab.

Sahara Grace, Kochi is located at Seaport Airport Road, Chittethukara, Kakkanad. The project has 728 residential units with four types of block – Block A (Total units 156) Basement + Ground + 24 Floors ranging from, 66 Duplex Apartments (3 Bed room), 66 Duplex Apartments (4 Bed room) and 24 Apartments. Block B (Total units 320) Basement + Ground + 19 Floors ranging from 2 to 3 bedroom-312 apartments and 8 penthouses. Block C (Total units 220) Ground+ 12 Floors 220 Apartments and Block D include Ground + 9 Floors (4 bedroom premium units) – total 32 Apartments. The total built up area of the project is approx. 1,68,675.36 sq. meters (approx).
